本科论文ABSTRACTDividend policy is a core financial policy of listed companies and a financial problem thatplagues their daily operations.Based on the analysis of the development status of listedcompanies,it is necessary to carry out research on dividend policy,so it has become the focus ofinvestment management.With the increase in the amount of cash distributed,how should theafter-tax profits of listed companies be handled?Convert to retained earnings?Or to giveback to investors in the form of cash dividends?Will the high dividend payout policy be used inthe future development process?The resolution of various issues has made the question of howto choose the dividend policy of China's listed companies become the focus and difficulty oflong-term research in the financial field in recent years.The phenomenon of high cash flow ofChina's listed companies has also caused the focus of social media and other aspects.Therefore,this article intends to conduct a study through the high-pay dividend policy of theother party's special outline,and analyze the changes in the company's shareholding structure,theannual turnover of income and other factors on the implementation of the high-pay dividendpolicy and the resulting results.Influence and give relevant opinions,aiming to provide afavorable reference for the planning and implementation of the dividend policy of relatedcompanies.The article first comprehensively elaborated the existing research results on dividendpolicy at home and abroad;secondly,based on theoretical analysis,embarked on a series ofresearches on internal and external factors around high dividend policy;then,using case analysismethod,Taking Fang Te outline as the specific research object,made an in-depth analysis ofthe specific implementation of its high dividend policy;finally,reviewing the entire researchprocess,systematically summarizing relevant research conclusions,and formulating on this basisA series of feasibility suggestions.Keywords High-ranking cadres are now in high school.Dividend policy;Listed company
