北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Research on Remuneration Incentive Mechanism of ListedEnterprise Performance Growth Capability--Taking HHC Listed Enterprise as an ExampleAbstractExecutive compensation and corporate performance have always been focusedby academics.Listed enterprise links the remuneration of senior executives with theperformance which believes that the remuneration incentives play an important role inthe management by senior executives and make an good influence on the growth ofcorporate performance.In this thesis,senior Executive s Salary Incentive Mechanismis divided into positive incentive and negative incentive.This thesis analyses thegrowth ability of enterprise performance which is divided into enterprise profitability,solvency,growth ability and shareholder profitability.Obtaining the relevant data bydistributing the questionnaires.This thesis analyses the correlation both positive andnegative incentive mechanism of executive compensation and the growth ability ofenterprise performance by combining the methods of qualitative and quantitative.Thestudy found that there is a significant correlation between the positive and negativeincentive mechanism of executive compensation and corporate performance.According to the analysis results,it's beneficial to increase HHC Listed Enterprise'scorporate performance by improving the incentive mechanism of executivecompensationKeywords:Executive compensation,incentive mechanism,corporateperformance
