北京吉利学院本科毕业设计（论文）AbstractIn recent years,the state's financial support for the pharmaceutical group isincreasing,the top-level design of the pharmaceutical industry is further improved,the relevant laws and regulations are more perfect,the pharmaceutical industry isdeveloping rapidly,and the effect is remarkable.Due to the development of socialeconomy and the gradual improvement of productivity,financial performancemanagement is closely related to economic benefits.In order to ensure theimprovement of hospital performance management level,it is the primary task to takescientific and reasonable governance measures.At the same time,the establishment ofa sound and systematic management system,performance management is a necessaryprerequisite for performance security.This paper selects Shanghai PharmaceuticalGroup as the research case,analyzes the financial performance of ShanghaiPharmaceutical Group item by item,analyzes the problems existing in the financialperformance of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group,and gives countermeasures andsuggestions on the corresponding problems.There are some problems in hospitalfinancial performance,such as fuzzy responsibility of cost control management,lackof system,imperfect performance evaluation mechanism and so on.Thecorresponding suggestions and Countermeasures for hospital performancemanagement are put forward:promoting managers'understanding of performancemanagement,establishing relevant performance management system,scientific andreasonable performance evaluation method practice,and establishing effectiveperformance index system.Key words:Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group;financial performance;financialperformance management
