STUDY ON EARNINGS MANAGEMENTOF LISTED COMPANY GREENTOWNGROUPABSTRACTAt present,with the increasing competition of capital market,the phenomenon ofearnings management of listed companies is becoming more and more common,andthe real estate industry is the pillar industry of the national economy with relativelylarge investment.The earnings management behavior not only has an impact oninvestors'investment decisions,but also affects the healthy development of China'ssecurities market.The purpose of earnings management of enterprise managers isdifferent in different periods.This paper takes the Green City Real Estate Group asthe research object,carries on the research to its earnings management behavior withthe help of the related theory and the research method,reveals the real estate industryearnings.Management means,has a certain practical significance to motivation andproblem.At the same time,Greentown group for present situation and problemanalysis of cases of real estate listed companies earnings management,and putforward relevant measures,these measures have certain reference significance for theearnings management behavior of listed real estate companies.KEY WORDS Listed company;Real estate;Earnings management
