本科论文AbstractWith the fierce competition of market economy,many enterprises in China are facing thebankruptcy crisis every year.A large part of the reason is because the enterprise capital chain break.Inventory is the semi-finished products or finished products to be sold,which can increase theincome of an enterprise and is an important current asset in the daily production and operation of anenterprise.It to a certain extent,the occupancy rate,affect the enterprise capital stock holdings is abalance of production and sales enterprise,the key influence factor of the stand or fall of inventorymanagement will directly affect the enterprise financial risk,enterprise too much inventory maycreate tension in the capital,low inventory is not likely for sales,lead to customer dissatisfaction,sofor the inventory management status directly related to corporate earnings.Enterprises must payattention to inventory management in order to smoothly carry out daily production and businessactivities.To make Nike to effective management of inventory,to keep the company's inventoryand asset a relatively safe range,this paper studies the present situation and problems of inventorymanagement for Nike,analyses the problems existing in the company's inventory management,through the analysis found that the inventory operation ability is poor,backward inventorymanagement method,inventory backlog serious differences,its franchisees and stores and so on arethe reasons for Nike company,the inventory management problem,so the company combining itsown characteristics further put forward the corresponding countermeasures,hope to help Nike tobetter solve the problem of inventory management.Key words:In stock;Inventory management;inventory
