本科论文关键词：存货管理：库存：供应链管理AbstractBecause of the rapid development of our country's economy and the continuousimprovement of living standard,the competition between the clothing industry has becomemore and more fierce,more and more new brands are rising,and there are many foreignminority brands crowded into the market of our country,and the competition environment isvery severe.However,in the rapid development of today's inventory management problemsare still unchanged,and there is no good way to solve,so enterprises must recognize thisproblem,find a good inventory management methods and systems.Efficient inventorymanagement,improve inventory turnover,so that enterprises can achieve higher economicbenefits,is able to the basic guarantee of sustainable development.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of inventory backlog and long inventoryturnover days in the inventory management of Metes Bon way,Some Suggestions andmethods to improve inventory management are put forward,so as to solve the problems anddraw a conclusion,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of inventory management and promotethe healthy and stable development of enterprises.
