本科论文AbstractIn its 2015 work paper,the government proposed building a "double engine"of massentrepreneurship,innovation and public welfare and public services.This copy reflects thegovernment's emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship,and shows that entrepreneurshipand innovation play a very important role in China's economy.In the face of the world's stillprofound and obscure economic situation,as well as the Chinese economy is stopping at the"three-stage overlay",the implementation of innovative driving strategies,and actively guidethe whole people to start a business,conducive to China's economic development under thenew economic normal.Whether the entrepreneurial enterprise can survive,in addition tohaving a good business model and excellent management,the enterprise capital chainproblem is also every entrepreneurial enterprise can not ignore the problem,financingproblem can not be effectively solved,will affect the survival of entrepreneurial enterprises.At present,most enterprises in China have different degrees of financing difficulties,thisdifficult problem restricts the continued operation and development of enterprises.In order tohelp start-ups alleviate and solve the problem of the shortage of funds in general and maintainthe normal operation of start-ups,this paper makes a concrete analysis and research on thefinancing channels and financing methods of our country at this stage,as well as thefinancing problems and solutions encountered in the process of entrepreneurship.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the definition of entrepreneurship and financing and financingmethods.In addition,this paper also analyzes in detail the advantages and disadvantages ofthe common financing channels such as absorbing direct investment,partner-by-share capitalcontribution and government,enterprise,social organization venture capital fund investment,bank borrowing,crowdfunding,etc.,and provides a reference for the choice of financingmethods and channels for enterprises.Finally,by analyzing the problems in fund-raising,thesolution is given.Keywords:Start-ups:financing channels financing methods
