本科论文AbstractWith the rapid growth of social economy and the continuous expansion of thescope of enterprises,as the main component of enterprises,it is particularly importantto strengthen the management of fixed assets.However,due to the late understandingof fixed assets management in China,there are some problems in the management offixed assets,such as the low ideological quality of personnel,the imperfectmanagement system and the lack of a sound supervision and management system,which need to be reformed and improved by enterprises.Taking Tiefeng Coal IndustryCo.,Ltd.of Datong Coal Mine as an example,there have been many similar problemsin the management of its fixed assets.In the management of its fixed assets,there areproblems such as low ideological education of the staff,imperfect system,waste ofresources,etc.,which make the cost of coal high,uneven distribution of fixed assets,low efficiency in the use of assets.The reasons are professional The lack of personneland the imperfection of enterprise system need to enhance the effectiveness of fixedassets management by strengthening the ideological education and training ofpersonnel,establishing relevant and sound incentive mechanism,strengthening theinternal management and control of the enterprise.It is hoped that through theanalysis and Research on the fixed assets management of Tiefeng coal company,themanagers of other coal enterprises can fully manage the fixed assets Enough attentionshould be paid to increase the utilization efficiency of resources,reduce theexpenditure on the cost of coal enterprises,so as to strengthen the marketcompetitiveness of enterprises,maintain the growth of production and economicbenefits of enterprises,and make enterprises have a place in the fierce competition inthe future.Key words:Fixed assets;Management;Accounting;Fixed Assets Checking
