本科论文AbstractWith the continuous development of China's economy and the implementation of thehousing policy,the financial risk of real estate enterprises has brought new challenges,andthe market competition that real estate enterprises are facing is becoming more and moreintense,even if the enterprise can raise funds,investment,promote the enterprise's economicperformance of financial behavior,enterprises are still facing huge financial risks.Althoughthe real estate industry plays a leading role in China's economic development,there are stillproblems of huge investment and slow return of funds.Therefore,under the premise of fullyunderstanding and mastering the risks,enterprises must constantly adjust their businessstrategies,prevent and avoid the accidental loss of property,so that enterprises can continueto develop in the competition.In this context,it is necessary to study the financial risk of realestate enterprises.This paper takes Vanke Group as the research object,first introduces the background andsignificance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad,thennarrates the relevant knowledge of the real estate industry and the identification of financialrisks,including financing risks,capital recovery risk,income distribution risk.Secondly,itintroduces the basic situation of the Vanke and analyzes the causes of its financial risk.Finally,it puts forward reasonable prevention strategies for different causes of corporatefinancial risks.Key words:Financial risk;risk analysis;Risk Identification
