本科论文AbstractWith the improvement of people's life quality,the pursuit of food also tends to bediversified and personalized,promoting the rapid development of the food industry.Especially small and medium-sized food enterprises have sprung up in succession,not onlyintensified market competition,and at the same time it brings challenges to the enterprisemanagement benefit to promote.Therefore,how to control the cost,source and reduce,hasbecome a new issue in front of the enterprise.Many enterprises have adopted controlmeasures,but the effect is little,it is necessary to carry out a systematic and comprehensiveanalysis of the cost control of food enterprises,in order to promote enterprises to control andmanage the cost well,increase the profit and income.Based on the above background,this paper studies the current situation of cost control indonghai shilin food co.,LTD.By means of literature research,summary and data analysis.Atthe same time,this paper analyzes the deficiencies in each link of cost control from fourperspectives of inventory cost,sales cost,procurement cost and logistics cost.According tothe problem,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Only by strengthening theconsciousness of cost control and urging the employees to reduce the cost actively,can theenterprise benefit be increased fundamentally and indirectly.Key words:Food enterprises;Cost control;Lean management
