Legal Treatment of Rural Environmental PollutionAbstractRural environmental pollution will not only damage the rural ecological environment,butalso pose a serious threat to the life and health of rural residents.Therefore,it is particularlynecessary to explore the legal govemance path of rural environmental pollution.At present,China's rural environmental pollution mainly includes two categories:rural life pollution andindustrial development pollution.The legal causes of the increasingly serious problem of ruralenvironmental pollution in China mainly include the following four points:the imperfectlegislation of rural environmental protection,the weak links in the law enforcement of ruralenvironmental protection,the problems in the judicial relief of rural environmental protection,andthe inadequate publicity of rural environmental protection Strengthen the judicial relief of ruralenvironmental protection and increase the publicity of rural environmental protection to improvethe legal govemance of rural environmental pollution in China.key words:Rural Environmental Pollution;Rural Environmental ProtectionLegislation;Law Enforcement of Rural Environmental Protection;Justice of Rural EnvironmentalProtection
