ABSTRACTThe legal protection of migrant workers 'labor rights involves labor issues such as theright to employment,labor compensation,and occupational safety.The reason is that thelegislation of migrant workers'labor rights protection is incomplete;the enforcement ofmigrant workers'labor rights protection is weak,and the labor supervision system hasdrawbacks;and the lack of judicial protection is an important cause of migrant workers'laborrights protection.To solve the problem,we must improve the legislation on the protection ofmigrant workers 'labor rights,formulate laws specifically protecting the migrant workers'labor rights and interests;strengthen the enforcement of migrant workers 'labor rightsprotection,enforce the establishment of local labor inspection departments and improve laborsupervision methods;Judicial guarantees.Only by comprehensively improving the relevantlegal system can the problem of insufficient protection of labor rights of migrant workers beimproved,and only long-term social stability can be promoted.Keywords:Migrant workers;Labor rights;Legal protection
