A Study on Employment SalvageAbstractWith the progress of China's economy,international trade has progressed quickly andplaying an important role in it.In recent years,many cases such as the dispute law of the"Jushi"lawsuit and the Gabriel lawsuit,a series of discussions on the legal nature of theemployment salvage.Many researchers have made some research achievements and put forward manysubstantive Suggestions and opinions on the practical problems caused by employmentsalvage.However,in lawful practice,there are many different viewpoints about judgment.Inthis paper,the author will combine the legal nature of the employment salvage of our country.First,explaining the concept of the employment salvage.Then,to hire the legal nature ofrescue and related personal point of view in this paper,the applicable law.Finally,puttingforward Suggestions for the establishment of law and regulation.Keywords:Salvage at sea;Employed Salvage;No Cure,No Pay
