A Probe into the Protection Strategy of Workers'Rights andInterests of Trade Union Workers in Guangfo Area in theNew PeriodAbstractUnder the impact of economic development in the new era,the internal development ofenterprises is gradually complex and changeable.According to relevant data,labor disputesbetween laborers and enterprises in our country often occur and show an upward trend.Theprotection work put forward higher practical requirements.Under this background,this paperstudies the protection strategy of trade union workers'rights and interests in Guangfo area in thenew period.First of all,the definition and role of trade unions are introduced,and the changes oftrade union policies under the background of the new period are analyzed.Then take the typicalenterprise Xihua company in Guangfo area as an example,analyze the achievements of the tradeunion workers'rights and interests protection,and analyze the current company Problems in theprotection of workers'rights and interests of trade unions.Combined with existing problems,analyze the influencing factors that affect the protection of employees'rights and interests,including:national social factors,enterprise factors,trade union factors and personal factors.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions on the development strategy of the protection of therights and interests of the trade union workers in the new era.I hope that through the study of thispaper,it can provide some reference and help for other enterprises in Guangfo area to effectivelyimprove the functions of trade unions and protect the rights and interests of employees.Key words:Trade unions;Protection of workers'rights;Rights protection;Voluntary combination
