ABSTRACTABSTRACTWith the development of the e-commerce industry,more and more people areengaged in the e-commerce industry.In the early days of this industry,peoplewere in a groping stage.How to operate their own stores and products is amatter of fact.There is no very mature way.More just use the platform andlogistics to sell.Up to now,due to the gradual maturity of e-commerce,there aremore and more ways for people to operate,and there are more fresh ways to play.Not only in the picture display on the product,but also in the promotion andpublicity on the site and outside the site.This paper takes Enwei Medicine,a small and medium-sized pharmaceuticale-commerce enterprise engaged in the e-commerce industry as an example,analyzes its existing operation model,finds its existing shortcomings,andoptimizes it at the same time.This article is divided into five parts.The first partlists the background and significance of the research,as well as the currentsituation of the e-commerce operation mode,and briefly describes the researchideas of this article;The research provides a theoretical basis;the third partanalyzes the operation status of Enwei Pharmaceutical,and obtains its existingoperation model;the main part of the fourth and fifth parts introduces thee-commerce operation mode of Enwei Medicine,and through its own practiceexperience It analyzes its operation mode,finds its problems,puts forwarddevelopment strategies and suggestions,and summarizes the enlightenment ofEnwei Pharmaceutical's e-commerce operation mode on this basis,and providesreference for other e-commerce operation products in the industry.Key Words:E-commerce,Pharmaceutical e-commerce,Operating model
