北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of the water-immersed ultrasonic scanning deviceof the discAbstractThe coupling agent used in ultrasonic testing for water immersion is water.Theprobe detects the workpiece through the water layer without direct contact with theworkpiece.On the one hand,it can reduce the surface finish requirements of theworkpiece,and on the other hand,it can also reduce the wear on the probe.Automated testing is now the development trend of NDT.It is very important to studythe immersion ultrasonic auto detection system of disk parts in a wide range of diskprocessing in aerospace.This design is based on the research status of disc workpiecein ultrasonic automatic detection,designed a disc water immersion ultrasonicscanning device design,the device is mainly composed of water tank,three axisscanning frame and rotating device.This design sends instructions to the motioncontrol card through the LabVIEW program on the computer.After receiving theinstructions,the motion control card sends signals to drive the stepper motor to drivethe movement of the probe and the rotation of the workpiece.Keywords:disc;Ultrasonic testing;Water immersion;Stepper motor;Automated testing
