山西师范大学毕业论文The Research on the Function of CysA Proteins in RalstoniasolanacearumAbstractCysA is an ABC transporter that transports sulfates and thiosulfates into cells. Here, biological information of bacterial CysA gene and CysA protein was analyzed. The structure of the protein domains, transmembrane region, property, coiled coilarea, protein signal peptide respectively by SMART,TMHMM,ProtScale,SOSUICOILS and SignalP online website to predict. Finally, the secondary structure, tertiarystructure and the subcellular localization of the CysA protein were predicted, and thephylogenetic tree of the protein was constructed. The results showed that CysA has aAAA domain. It has no transmembrane structure and is a hydrophilic protein. It doesn'thave curly spiral, also have no signal peptide. The a-helix and random coil accountedfor the largest proportion in the secondary structure, and the tertiary structure wasbarrel-shaped.The protein is located in the cytoplasm. From the phylogenetic tree,it can be seen that Ralstonia solanacearum is closely related to ralstonia syzygii andblood disease bacterium. Finally,it was found that CysA protein combined with othercomplex subunits to complete the transport of sulfate and thiosulfate, which played animportant role in the life activities of solanacearum. This paper mainly analyzed thefunction of CysA protein, providing some theoretical basis for further understanding ofsolancearum.[Key Wor ds Ralstonia solanacearum;bioinformatics;CysA protein
