北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of an annual output of 48000 tons of polybutadiene rubber plantABSTRACTIn this design,the workshop design of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber is calculated.The workshop production process of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber is described andimproved in combination with the actual situation.Cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber canbe divided into high cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber and low cis-1,4-polybutadienerubber according to its structure.This design focuses on the polymerization workshopdesign of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber.After consulting the process parameters ofvarious substances in the reaction,the polymerization process is calculated,includingmaterial balance,energy balance and process equipment selection calculation.Thematerial flow chart (PFD),process flow chart with control points,polymerizerequipment chart and workshop layout are drawn.Key word:Polybutadiene rubber,polymerizer,energy balance,catalyst,polymerization process
