壳聚糖分子量对合成NMA-HTCC改性棉织物抗皱效果的影响Effect of Molecular Weight of Chitosan Wrinkl Resistance ofNMA-HTCC Modified Cotton FabricAbstract:Cotton fabric is a natural textile material widely used in garment makingand household goods.The advantages of this material lie in its high flexibility,strongbiodegradability,excellent skin affinity and moisture absorption.These characteristicsbring more extensive prospects for the use of cotton fabrics.But at the same time,thismaterial is also prone to deformation,mildew and wrinkle.Therefore,for this kind offabric,it needs functional treatment,in order to make better use of it and daily lifeAmong them,chitosan molecule can play an obvious role in promoting themodification function.This molecule has high degradation,good biocompatibility andstrong adsorption,so it is also widely used in various fields,such as textilepharmaceuticals,environmental medicine and so on.But at the same time,chitosanhas some drawbacks,it is only soluble in acid solvents,but not in water and commonorganic solvents.Its fibers can not be crosslinked with chemical bonds.Therefore,inthe process of real utilization of chitosan,one-step chemical modification is needed tochange its corresponding chemical properties.In this paper,reactive chitosan quaternary ammonium salt NMA-HTCC wassynthesized from three kinds of chitosan with different molecular weights(20,000,50,000,100,000).After wrinkle resistance treatment,orthogonal experimentswere carried out.Then the effects of solution concentration,molecular weight andtemperature on wrinkle resistance were explored.The wrinkle resistance effects ofNMA-HTCC synthesized from three kinds of chitosan with different molecularweights on cotton fabric finishing were compared.It provides theoretical basis forfunctional modification of cotton fabrics.The experimental results show that NMA-HTCC can combine with cotton fibers toform strong covalent bonds at high temperature.From then on,the slip betweenmacromolecular chains was limited and the fabric properties were further improved.When the molecular weight of chitosan is 2.0 x 104,the treatment temperature is 60 Cand the concentration of NMA-HTCC is 6g/L,the wrinkle resistance of cotton fabric
