Rapid detection of heavy metal residues such as lead and cadmium inlegume and its products by inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry (ICP-Ms)AbstractEstablish ICP-Ms method for rapid detection of lead and cadmium in beans and itsproducts such as heavy metal residues,the method of sample after microwave digestionusing nitric acid,driven by icp-ms determination after acid treatment,garlic powderstandard substance for the quality control standard,by standard addition recovery test toverify the accuracy of the method.The result:standard addition recovery rate steady atfrom low to high were stable at 82.4%-116.22%range,relative standard deviation RSDwas 0.58%-9.45%,standard substance measurements are within the scope of the standardreference,show that the method is simple,rapid,sensitive,reliable,accurate is suitable foranalysis of heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in beans and its products.Key words:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,Heavy metal,Beans and soyproducts,Microwave Digestion Method.
