Research on The Innovation of Unmanned Convenience Stores inThe Business Model of Catering IndustryAbstractWith the development of technology,convenience and intelligence have begun to become the newprofit growth points for businesses in various industries.The unmanned convenience store model hasbeen tested and invested by many companies in the catering industry with large labor demand.Due to theimpact of large investment in smart technology and consumption habits in the early stage,the overalldevelopment of the unmanned convenience store model has encountered bottlenecks.But it still hasstrong market appeal as a new business model.The author first sorts out the core concepts such asbusiness model,business model innovation and unmanned convenient restaurant.Meanwhile the authorgives their own definition,combs the development and evolution of the business model of the restaurantindustry,and discusses the innovation points of the business model of unmanned convenient restaurant.Secondly,the author has refined the innovative power of the unmanned convenience store model in thecatering business model from the perspectives of consumer consumption diversification,purchase choiceliberalization and convenience,and technical intelligence on product supply.Finally,the author analyzesthe innovation contribution of unmanned convenience stores in the catering business model from theperspective of unmanned convenience restaurants to meet consumer demand,enterprise product supply,and corporate profit contribution.The author believes that the immaturity of technology,narrowapplication of technology in the catering industry,high cost of technical equipment and poor evaluationof unmanned convenience restaurants in the early stage is the deficiency and dilemma of this businessmodel.In addition,the humanized service of unmanned convenience restaurant is slightly lower than thatof traditional restaurants.In summary,the author combs in detail the innovative research of unmannedconvenience stores in the business model of the catering industry and puts forward his own insights andenlightenment by analyzing its shortcomings and dilemmas,in order to provide theoretical support andreference for the business model innovation of today's catering industry.Key Words:Unmanned Convenience Restaurant;Business Model;Consumer Demand;InnovativePower;Innovation Contribution
