AbstractSince the reform and opening up,Shenzhen's rapid development and hugeopportunities and its tolerance have attracted many high-quality talents.AsShenzhen's urban development and talent competition intensify,parents paymore and more attention to children's learning,but their own time,energy andability are limited,thus promoting the rapid development of educationalinstitutions.However,due to the fierce market competition of the educationalinstitutions and the atmosphere of supremacy of performance,the newgeneration of employees in Shenzhen education and training institutions haveincreased pressure in the workplace,resulting in problems such as reduced workefficiency,frequent psychological problems,and greater employee mobility..Therefore,the concern and support for employees'psychological problems havegradually attracted the attention of the industry.Based on EAP as a research perspective,this paper selects K educationinstitutions,a representative enterprise in Shenzhen education and trainingindustry,as the case study object through the study of humanistic managementtheory,two-factor theory and stress management theory,and adoptsquestionnaire survey and literature The analysis method investigates the currentsituation ofthe new generation employee turnover in Shenzhen k educationalinstitutions,explores the deep-seated reasons and existing problems of the newgeneration employee turnover,and proposes targeted employee psychologicalassistance plans and suggestions around the core spirit of the EAP program.It ishoped that this article can provide some reference for the staff mobility ofsimilar educational institutions in Shenzhen.Keywords:Employee Assistance Program(EAP):New Generation:Mobility
