建筑工程质量管理问题研究

AbstractIn recent years,as the rapid economic development of China,the constructionindustry has also been a great development.The development of the constructionindustry plays an important role in the construction of the national economy.In thegreat cause of China's economic construction has played a role in the seriousness ofthe role.With the development of the construction industry,the quality managementof construction projects has been greatly improved,and the quality and safety ofnational projects have also been improved.But at the same time there are also a lot ofdefects,and people's requirements for the quality of the project is also getting higherand higher.In particular,a number of major security incidents affecting social stabilitymust be taken seriously.The quality and safety of the project must be improved to ahigher level.The quality management of construction project has a direct impact onthe quality of construction projects.On the other hand,since China's accession to theWTO,and more intense international competition to be face with,the requirements ofthe quality of the construction project is also higher.In this paper,the concept of engineering quality management is put forward.Thispaper studies the present situation of the construction quality management in China,and deeply analyzes the main problems of the domestic construction quality andsafety management.Firstly,this paper systematically studies the present situation ofdomestic construction engineering quality management,analyzes the domesticresearch status,and finds the main problems in the construction quality and safetymanagement.Secondly,this paper combined with the actual case of domesticengineering quality management,the combination of theory and practice,explain themethod of engineering quality management,and pointed out that the key to improvethe quality of the project is to improve the safety awareness of construction personnel.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and Countermeasures forthe problems of engineering quality and safety management,in order to play a certainrole in the development of domestic construction quality and safety.Key words:quality management;supervision management;case analysis;sense ofresponsibility
