建筑工程项目成本控制分析——以创奋建设有限公司为例

ABSTRACTIn recent years,the construction industry's development has showed a slow speed ofgrowth trend.Altough the gross product of construction industry was increasing every year,thegrowth rate continued to slide.This phenomenon was largely due to the problems whichexisted in construction projections,as false decision-making.the irrational use of resources.low efficiency and so on.Be established on the present situation of the construction projectand the problems of construction projects cost control in China,this paper will analyse theorigin cause of formation.And then combine with the case of Chuangfeng ConsructionCompany Limited for further analysis.Finally,the paper will put forward somecountermeasures to help solve the problems of the construction project cost control in ourcountry,so as to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.Key words:The construction industry,The construction project,cost control,ChuangfengConsruction Company LimitedⅡ
