CRP,IL-6,HBP and PCT in predicting risk ofpulmonary infection with sepsis clinical valuein diagnosisAbstract:Objectives:Effects of C-reactive protein, interleukin 6,heparin binding protein, calcitonin original in anticipation of diagnosis of pulmonary infection with sepsis risk value. Methods:Selected in July 2020-April 2021 in the second hospital affiliated to zhejiang universityschool of medicine, binjiang campus of 60 patients with lung infection as the research object, according to the presence of sepsis is divided into research group and control group,30 cases each.Determination of comparing two groups of patients with c-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin6(IL-6),heparin binding protein(HBP),calcitonin (PCT).Using t test method to the same testproject between the results between different groups. Results:There was no statistically significantdifference in the two groups patients age and gender.Only leam HBP area under thereceiver-operating characteristic curve (ROC)curve is 0.925,CRP area under the curve is 0.782,IL-6 is 0.837,PCT is 0.864,HBP as four testing index of the largest,HBP,CRP,IL -6,PCT in thepulmonary infection group and pulmonary infection with statistically significant differencebetween sepsis groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:Pulmonary infection with sepsis patients'serumCRP,IL-6,PCT and HBP levels,Level of HBP to analyze its change in anticipation has betterdiagnostic value in pulmonary infection with sepsis.Key Words:C-reactive protein;Interleukin-6;Heparin binding protein;Calcitonin original;Lunginfection;Sepsis
