无人化餐厅智能机器人设计摘要本课题的主要内容包括送餐机器人的创新设计。随着时代发展和智能服务的出现,作为餐饮服务自动化、智能化的智能机器人,在其高效准确性和人性化服务方面的进一步升级成为餐饮企业转型升级的重要方面,所以对送餐机器人的导航、人机交互及情感化设计等创新开展系统研究有着重大的现实意义和前瞻性意义。第一,围绕当前送餐机器人发展与研究现状进行整理、归类和归纳,尤其针对我国市场的相关问题,梳理出当前在送餐机器人使用的过程中亟待解决的典型问题,包括送餐机器人路径规划不完善的问题、送餐机器人交互功能不完善的突出问题和送餐机器人故障率不低的问题等。第二,从智能化、信息、人心里和身体健康4个层面提出相关整合优化方法,并从智能化、信息、用户心理和健康保障四个方面构建了相应的整合优化策略。具体操作方面,课题将以新兴的机器人导航技术和设计心理学的理论为指导,同时以用户的亲和性体验设计细节、工业设计的实用美学以及人机工程学原理为基础,选择可靠和安全的材料对送餐机器人的行走系统、人机交互系统、功能组件进行深入的创新设计,最终使送餐机器人体现出以人为本、技术先进、富有智能与人性化、并实现情感交互,在送餐的同时具有高效准确又融合顾客和环境的动态、安全、便捷、舒适的服务体验,进一步提高餐饮服务的质量与顾客满意度。关键词:送餐机器人:人机交互:情感化设计:实用美学ABSTRACTThe main contents of this project include the innovative design of food delivery robots.With the development of The Times and the emergence of intelligent services,as anintelligent robot for the automation and intelligence of catering services,further upgrading interms of its high efficiency,accuracy and humanized services has become an important aspectfor the transformation and upgrading of catering enterprises.Therefore,conducting systematicresearch on innovations such as navigation,human-computer interaction and emotional designof food delivery robots has significant practical and forward-looking significance.First,sort out,categorize and summarize the current development and research status offood delivery robots,especially focusing on the relevant issues in the domestic market,andsort out the typical problems that need to be urgently solved in the process of using fooddelivery robots at present.This includes issues such as the imperfect path planning of fooddelivery robots,prominent problems with the incomplete interaction functions of fooddelivery robots,and the relatively high failure rate of food delivery robots.Secondly,relevantintegration and optimization methods are proposed from four aspects:intelligence,information,human psychology and physical health,and corresponding integration andoptimization strategies are constructed from four aspects:intelligence,information,userpsychology and health guarantee.In terms of specific operation,the project will be guided by the emerging robotnavigation technology and the theories of design psychology.At the same time,based on thedesign details of user affinity experience,the practical aesthetics of industrial design,and theprinciples of ergonomics,reliable and safe materials will be selected to conduct in-depthinnovative design of the walking system,human-computer interaction system,and functionalcomponents of the food delivery robot.Ultimately,the food delivery robot should embodypeople-oriented,technologically advanced,intelligent and humanized features,and achieveemotional interaction.While delivering food,it should provide a dynamic,safe,convenientand comfortable service experience that is efficient,accurate,and integrates customers and theenvironment,further enhancing the quality of catering services and customer satisfaction.Keywords:Food delivery robot;human-robot interaction;emotional design;practicalaesthetics目录
