盘塘公路混凝土灌浆加固施工技术应用研究摘要随着我国交通运输事业发展,地质条件复杂且车辆荷载大的盘塘公路,出现路基沉降、裂缝等问题,传统加固方法存在局限,故而对其开展混凝土灌浆加固施工技术研究意义重大。本文梳理了填充、帷幕、固结等不同目的,水泥、化学、复合等不同材料,以及高压喷射、劈裂、渗透等不同工艺的灌浆分类,剖析其物理化学机理,阐述灌浆方案设计需考量的多因素以及质量检验、效果评价方法。针对全长约35公里、地处特殊地质带的盘塘公路,在分析其工程地质与水文条件、明确裂缝、不均匀沉降等病害类型及成因后,以“分层处理、控压限流、抗腐增强”为原则设计加固方案,从目标范围、布孔参数、材料配比到施工工艺、质量控制,都进行了科学规划。在论文撰写过程中,不仅培养了独立获取和梳理知识的能力,还锻炼了分析和解决实际问题的工作能力,增强了团队合作与沟通交流能力。最终加固效果显著,渗透系数大幅降低,复合地基承载力提升,裂缝闭合度高,工后沉降可控,方案较传统换填法节省成本28%、缩短工期15天,为黄土地区公路加固提供可复制范式,后续借助BM运维平台可进一步提升全生命周期管理水平。关键词:灌浆加固:路基沉降;盘塘公路:施工技术ABSTRACTWith the development of China's transportation industry,the Pantang Highway,which hascomplex geological conditions and bears heavy vehicle loads,has encountered problems such assubgrade settlement and cracks.Traditional reinforcement methods have limitations.Therefore,it isof great significance to carry out research on the concrete grouting reinforcement constructiontechnology for it.This paper sorts out the classification of grouting with different purposes such asfilling,curtain grouting,and consolidation grouting,different materials such as cement,chemicalmaterials,and composite materials,as well as different processes such as high-pressure jet grouting,splitting grouting,and permeation grouting.It analyzes its physical and chemical mechanisms,andexpounds on the various factors that need to be considered in the design of the grouting scheme,aswell as the methods for quality inspection and effect evaluation.For the Pantang Highway,which isabout 35 kilometers long and located in a special geological zone,after analyzing its engineeringgeological and hydrological conditions and clarifying the types and causes of diseases such ascracks and uneven settlement,a reinforcement scheme is designed according to the principles of"stratified treatment,pressure and flow control,and corrosion resistance enhancement".Scientificplanning is carried out in aspects ranging from the target scope,borehole parameters,materialproportioning to the construction process and quality control.During the process of writing thispaper,not only the ability to independently obtain and sort out knowledge is cultivated,but also theworking ability to analyze and solve practical problems is exercised,and the ability of teamwork,communication and interaction is enhanced.Finally,the reinforcement effect is remarkable.Thepermeability coefficient is greatly reduced,the bearing capacity of the composite foundation isimproved,the crack closure degree is high,and the post-construction settlement is controllable.Compared with the traditional replacement method,the scheme saves 28%of the cost and shortensthe construction period by 15 days,providing a replicable paradigm for highway reinforcement inloess areas.In the future,with the help of the BIM operation and maintenance platform,the full lifecycle management level can be further improved.Key words:grouting reinforcement;subgrade settlement;pond highway;construction technology目录第1章绪论.。1.1选题背景、研究目的与意义1.1.1选题背景1.1.2研究目的.1.1.3研究意义…。1.2研
