摘要突如其来的疫情限制了大多数的人员流动,使得企业的校园招聘的场景发生了巨大的转变,从原来的校园宣讲、现场收取简历、现场笔试和面试、面对面沟通等,转变为线上申请、线上筛选、线上笔试、线上面试、线上沟通,所有的招聘流程全部迁移到了互联网上,无论是对于企业还是对于求职的毕业生来说都是巨大的挑战。论文主要依据企业在校园招聘中面临的实际问题,深入明确具体的需求,设计和开发实现了企业校园招聘平台。校园招聘平台分为求职者端和企业端两个子系统,主要应用Java Web和小程序相关技术进行开发。求职者端基于微信小程序和Web端进行多端开发,为求职者提供职位收藏、职位申请、个人信息编辑、展示面试进度、职位推荐等功能。企业端基于W©b端进行开发,主要为企业提供校园招聘流程管理功能,包括职位管理、简历池管理、候选人管理、面试官管理、面试管理、笔试管理、简历智能评分等。整合多年的招聘数据与招聘经验知识,在求职者端和企业端分别实现智能化,求职者端实现了借助推荐算法根据个人信息内容、人才测评结果、用户行为统计数据进行自动推荐职位,企业端则实现了通过求职者个人信息进行基本评分和综合评分,并自动生成求职者特点标签,辅助进行简历筛选和面试。目前,本平台已经完成全部的开发,并且通过完备的微信小程序系统测试,平台已上线运行,能满足用户需求,用户反馈良好。根据平台线上统计数据分析来看,平台运行正常,能为求职者和企业职工提供了稳定的服务,未发生过线上事故,达到了预期的目标。关键词:职位推荐:招聘平台:微信小程序:流程管理ABSTRACTThe sudden epidemic has restricted the population movement,and has caused a hugechange in the campus recruitment scene of enterprises.It has changed the campusrecruitment from the original campus presentations,on-site resume collection,on-sitewritten examinations and interviews,face-to-face communication,etc.,to onlineapplications and online applications.Screening,online written examinations,onlineinterviews,online communication.And recruitment processes have all migrated to theInternet,which is a huge challenge for both companies and job-seeking graduates.The thesis mainly based on the actual problems faced by enterprises in campusrecruitment,in-depth clarification of specific needs,design and development of theenterprise campus recruitment platform.The campus recruitment platform is divided intotwo sub-systems,the job seeker side and the enterprise side,which are mainly developedusing Java Web technology and related technologies of small programs.The job seekerterminal is based on the WeChat applet and the Web terminal for multi-terminal development,providing job seekers with functions such as job collection,job application,personalinformation editing,interview progress,job recommendation,etc.The enterprise terminalis developed based on the Web terminal,which mainly provides campus recruitment processmanagement functions for enterprises,including position management,resume poolmanagement,candidate management,interviewer management,interview management,writtenexamination management,and intelligent resume scoring.Integrating years of recruitmentdata and recruitment experience knowledge,the job seeker's end and the enterprise endare respectively intelligent,and the job seeker's end realizes automatic recommendationof positions based on personal information content,talent evaluation results,and userbehavior statistics with the help of recommendation algorithms.It realizes basic scoringand comprehensive scoring based on the job applicant's personal information,andautomatically generates job applicant characteristic labels to assist resume screeningand interviews.At present,the platform has completed all the development and passed complete systemtesting.The platform has been put into operation,which can meet the needs of users,and the feedback from users is good.According to the analysis of online statist
