摘要本论文旨在探讨ZY公司职工的工作满意度提升的策略,采用了面对面访谈和匿名调查问卷法,对该企业当前的员工满意度现状进行深度的剖析,通过本次的研究找出当前ZY公司的员工满意度存在的根本问题及其原因,最终的调查结果表明,Y公司员工在薪酬福利、绩效管理等方面存在一些不满,这些因素直接影响了他们的工作满意度。其中薪酬福利和绩效的调整、部门管理以及企业文化环境的建设被认为是关键的影响因素。在分析了这些因素的基础上,本文提出了一系列提升员工满意度的策略。针对薪酬制度,建议优化薪资结构,设立多样化福利制度和提高薪资透明度:针对绩效管理,建议公司明确绩效目标,建立可持续性反馈机制以及建立奖励和认可系统:在部门管理方面,倡导公司规范部门架构,建立多渠道沟通体系,同时提升员工的沟通技巧:最后企业文化方面,希望企业可以改善办公氛围,明确公司的价值观和愿景,并且注重员工的自我发展。总体而言,本研究提供了一系列可行的策略和建议,有望对Y公司的员工满意度产生积极影响。这些策略的实施不仅可以提高员工的满意度和工作动力,更有望为公司的整体效益带来一定程度的提升,另外值得注意的一点是,不同员工针对不同的满意度因素有不同的侧重点,所以,针对这个问题需要进一步定制化措施来提升员工的满意度。关键词:员工满意度:人力资源:企业文化建设:满意度提升策略AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to explore the strategies to improve the job satisfaction ofemployees in ZY Company.Face-to-face interviews and anonymous questionnaires are adopted toconduct an in-depth analysis of the current status of employee satisfaction in the company,andthrough this research,the fundamental problems and causes of the current employee satisfaction inZY Company are found.The final survey results show that,ZY employees are dissatisfied withsalary and benefits,performance management and other aspects,which directly affect their jobsatisfaction.Among them,the adjustment of compensation,benefits and performance,departmentmanagement and the construction of corporate culture environment are considered to be the keyinfluencing factors.Based on the analysis of these factors,this paper puts forward a series of strategies to improveemployee satisfaction.As for the salary system,it is suggested to optimize the salary structure,setup a diversified welfare system and improve the transparency of salary.For performancemanagement,it is suggested that the company should clarify performance objectives,establish asustainability feedback mechanism and establish a reward and recognition system;In terms ofdepartment management,I advocate the company to standardize the department structure,establisha multi-channel communication system,and improve the communication skills of employees;Finally,in terms of corporate culture,I hope the company can improve the office atmosphere,clarify the company's values and vision,and pay attention to the self-development of employees.Overall,this study provides a range of feasible strategies and recommendations that areexpected to have a positive impact on employee satisfaction at ZY companies.The implementationof these strategies can not only improve employee satisfaction and work motivation,but also isexpected to bring a certain degree ofimprovement to the overall benefit of the company.In addition,it is worth noting that different employees have different priorities for different satisfaction factors,so further customized measures are needed to improve employee satisfaction.Key words:Employee satisfaction;Human resource;Enterprise culture construction;Satisfactionenhancement strategy目录摘要Abstract第一章绪论。1.1研究背景和意义1.1.1研究背景1.1.2研究意义…1.2文献综述..21.2.1国外研究现状综述.21.2.2国内研究现状综述.31.3研究内容和研究方法1.3.1研究目标.41.3.2研究内容41.3.3研究方法..51.3.4技术路线..6第二章相关概念和理论….72.1相关概念72.1.1员工满意度
