宇视公司物料管理的改进对策

摘要随着经济全球化的不断深入，中国制造业与世界的联系越来越紧密，传统中国企业的人力成本优势不再显著，如何通过管理手段降低企业成本是值得研究的课题。在审视和提升供应链管理竞争力的过程中，精益物流的概念也得到了发展，在物流管理领域中引入了精益思想的概念，可以帮助企业提高综合竞争力。宇视公司是浙江一家从事安防设备研发、生产、销售的大型企业。我通过在该公司实习期间的观察、访谈、记录，发现宇视公司存在的问题主要是没有很好的利用精益管理理论进行分析与总结，缺乏高效的管理策略。我结合相关理论，提出宇视公司应当采取物料配送计划标准化、交付策略标准化、物料配送中继管理改进、物料备货管理改进、销售与运营计划编制流程改普、配送时间标准化、入库检验流程改善等措施。关键词：宇视公司：物料配送；物流管理ABSTRACTAs economic globalization continues,China's manufacturing industry is becomingmore and more connected to the world.The traditional Chinese enterprises'labor costadvantage is no longer significant,and it is worthwhile to study how to reduceenterprise costs through management means.In the process of reviewing and improvingthe competitiveness of supply chain management,the concept of lean logistics has alsobeen developed,and the concept of lean thinking has been introduced in the field oflogistics management,which can help enterprises improve their overallcompetitiveness.Uniview corporation is a large enterprise in Zhejiang engaged in the research,development,production,and sales of security equipment.Through my observations,interviews,and notes during my internship at the company,I found that the mainproblem of Uniview corporation is that it does not make good use of lean managementtheory to analyze and summarize and lacks efficient management strategies.I combinedrelevant theories and suggested that Uniview corporation should adopt measures such asstandardization of material distribution plan,standardization of delivery strategy,improvement of material distribution relay management,improvement of materialstocking management,improvement of sales and operation plan preparation process,standardization of distribution time,and improvement of inbound inspection process.Key words:Uniview corporation;Material Distribution;Logistics Management目录摘要….IABSTRACT.….l、论.1(一)研究背景和意义(二)研究内容2(三)研究方法2二、文南献综述.……………4(一)供应链管理4（二)物流管理5(三)物料配送管理…06三、宇视公司物料管理现状及问题分析7(一)宇视公司简介.…。7(二)宇视公司物料管理现状，7(三)宇视公司物料管理问题分析.10四、宇视公司应该采取的措施….15(一)物料供应计划管理改善措施15(二)供应商物料配送管理改善措施17(三)配送时效管理问题改善措施.44448五、结束语.21致谢...22参考文献…。.23
