论中国城镇养老模式的构建

论中国城镇养老模式的构建中文摘要“老吾老以及人之老”，孝亲敬老是中华民族的传统美德。最高人民法院4月8日发布《关于为实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略提供司法服务和保障的意见》，并配套发布老年人权益保护第二批典型案例。意见以保护老年人权益作为加强内容，促进老年人生活的正常有序发展。由此可见，构建我国多元化养老体系是一份十分重要的内容。本文以我国城镇为研究对象，以活动理论、符号互动理论、社会交换理论等为理论依据，以从中国知网、维普网站等网络渠道下载有关我国城镇的现状与存在需解决的问题相关期刊以及论文等综合文献对实际情况进行分析并且提出相应的对策，通过社会工作中活动理论、符号互动理论、社会交换理论的介入，使得完成多元化养老的构建与展望，为老年人具体生活中养老模式提出参考，从而改善我国老年人养老现状，推动社会正常运行发展。关键词：城镇；养老问题；多元化养老；养老模式Abstract"I am old and people are old",filial piety and respect for the elderlyare the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.On April 8th,theSupreme People's Court issued "Opinions on Providing Judicial Servicesand Guarantees for Implementing the National Strategy of ActivelyResponding to the Aging of Population",and the second batch of typicalcases of protecting the rights and interests of the elderly were released.Toprotect the rights and interests of the elderly as a strengthening content,promote the normal and orderly development of the elderly life.Therefore,it is a very important content to build a diversified pensionsystem in China.This paper takes cities and towns in China as theresearch object,based on the activity theory,symbolic interaction theoryand social exchange theory,and downloads comprehensive literatureabout the current situation and existing problems of cities and towns inChina,such as journals and papers,from China HowNet and VIP website,to analyze the actual situation and put forward correspondingcountermeasures.Through the intervention of activity theory,symbolicinteraction theory and social exchange theory in social work,theconstruction and prospect of diversified old-age care can be completed,which can provide reference for the old people's old-age care mode intheir specific life,thus improving it.Key words:town;Pension problem;Diversified pension;Pensionmodel
