AbstractAt present,the development of traditional cross-border logistics modelags behind the development of cross-border e-commerce.According to theforecast,the transaction volume of cross-border e-commerce will reach37.6%in 2020.In this context,the situation that cross-border logistics lagsbehind cross-border e-commerce will be more serious,and the emergence ofover-sea warehouses is likely to reverse this situation.In this paper,the onion omall cross-border e-commerce platform withimport overseas warehouse mode is selected as a case study to explore thedevelopment,characteristics and value of cross-border e-commerce overseaswarehouse.At the same time,through the comprehensive analysis of othercollected effective data and the comparison with other cross-bordere-commerce platform logistics mode,analyze and summarize the currentdevelop-ment situation and advantages and disadvantages of overseaswarehouse,and then provide corresponding suggestions for the constructionof overseas ware-house.First of all,by defining the concept of cross-bordere-commerce,cross-border logistics and overseas warehouse,and analyzing,combing and summarizing the literature of cross-border e-commerce,cross-border logistics and overseas warehouse.Secondly,through thein-depth analysis of the overseas warehouse,it analyzes and summarizes themode and advantages of the overseas warehouse.Finally,this paper analyzesthe case and compares it with other cross-border e-commerce platforms.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,we can furtherpro-mote the research of overseas warehouse mode,promote the furtherrunning in of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,continuously improve the level of cross-border logistics,make it match withthe develop-ment progress of cross-border e-commerce,break the gap betw-een the two,and further promote the trade of cross-border e-commerce.Key words:oversea location global logistics cross-border e-commerce
