本科论文AbstractEnglish is a universal language around the world,and young children havebecome the focus object of the development of English education.Teachers andparents begin to focus on the cultivation of children's English ability.Story-telling Teaching Method has gradually come into the teacher's sight.Because children are in a low age stage,they are easily attracted by anythingthat happens around them,and there is a problem that student's attention is notlasting and not focused.Therefore,how to attract children's attention andstimulate their interest has become the key to English teaching.The new form ofeducation is to change the teacher-centered teaching and cramming teaching intothe student-centered teaching method.The story is playing a connecting role inEnglish teaching of children that children can learn English knowledge bymeans of listening to stories.Story-telling Teaching Method is to show words,sentences,and paragraphs by performing stories in the teaching process.Notonly that,the story is a completely contextual language material,and thestoryline can give full play to the divergent thinking and imagination of students.Based on the current situation of the Story-telling Teaching Method and teachingrequirements,how to integrate Story-telling Teaching Method into children'sEnglish teaching and achieve better classroom effects should be my researchobject.Keywords:Story-telling Teaching Method;children's English;teachers'teaching abilities
