本科论文Research on the Financial Managementof China UnicomABSTRACTWith the continuous improvement of people's living standard,people's needs are becomingmore and more complicated.The changeable needs bring many challenges to enterprises,group enterprises have become bigger and market competition is growing for the problems,so companies need to have a strong ability to adapt and flexible response ability to face the future problems that may occur.In recent years,China unicom's development speed is very fast,but in the process of development,there are also many financial management problems.Based on the concept of financial management and the goal of financial management,this paper introduces the internal and extemal environment of financial management in detail,briefly introduces the basic situation of China united network communications group co.,LTD.,and briefly describes the progress of the transformation and innovation of the company's financial system.Through the sorting company in recent years,the financial data to analysis the company operating conditions,including asset management index statistics,assets and liabilities of various subjects of statistics,the structure of the income statement statistics,liquidity index statistics,by collecting relevant literature and organizing financial data analysis and management status of company's assets and liabilities management present situation,the present situation of owners's;equity,thus it is concluded that the financial management status of the company.According to the collected data for acomprehensive analysis,summed up the company's financial management system problems,suchas no standard financial management system,single financing channels,high financing costs,financial staff professional water,low.Finally,the deficiencies in the company's financialmanagement are studied,and the optimal solution is proposed.It is suggested to establish afinancial management system combining centralization and decentralization and expand thecompany's financing channels strengthens the financing management,and strengthens the careerplanning of employees.Keywords:China Unicom;Financial Management;Financial Analysis
