本科论文AbstractNowadays,the business of enterprises is expanding with the development of economicglobalization.Enterprises need to maintain strong competitive strength in such an environment.Inorder to enhance the overall competitive strength of the enterprise,it is necessary to deeply studythe issue of enterprise working capital management.This paper selects mingrui enterprise as theresearch object,and analyzes the existing problems in the development of this enterprise throughdata collection and literature review.Scattered through the analysis that inscription farceenterprise management,difficult to effective centralized financial corporate governance,theconcentration degree of birth defects,working capital management,capital budget managementsystem is not sound enough,budgeting become a mere formality,and borrow all also spread riskto concentration risk,enterprise should through the clear goal of working capital management,strengthen internal control,strengthen corporate governance,establish adapt to collectivizeoperation management system,strengthening the capital budget control and enhance the riskcontrol ability,etc.Measures to solve them.Keywords:Small and medium-sized enterprises;Management of working capital;Financialmanagement;The financial system
