本科论文AbstractTime flies like an arrow,and time never stops.In a blink of an eye,we havecome to the 21st century.Under the tide of the development of the times,enterprisesare also facing a wider and deeper range of financial risks due to the change ofeconomic environment.While enterprises have been booming,enterprises should paymore and more attention to the core issue of financial management risk.Financial riskis a kind of risk that every enterprise cannot avoid and must face.To control financialrisk,an enterprise needs to have a good ability of identification,evaluation andanalysis,a certain ability of foreseeing what may happen in the future and an effectiveability of controlling financial risk.In the process of continuous research on financialrisk,we can find out the causes of financial risk,so that we can take appropriatepreventive strategies or establish a relatively perfect prevention system to reduce thepossible losses of financial risk.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,theresearch status of financial risk at home and abroad,and the related theoreticalknowledge of financial risk.Based on the analysis and research of the financial riskrelated theory,this paper analyzes the financial risk events of Zhangzidao Group Co.,Ltd.,identifies the financial risk categories caused by the events,and analyzes thecauses.On this basis,it puts forward the preventive measures on the financial risk ofZhangzidao group,which provides some guidance and reference for Zhangzidaogroup in dealing with the financial risk effect.Key words:financialrisk;Risk Analysi;risk-prevention
