本科论文AbstractDairy industry is one of the most important national health pillar economic industries inChina.It not only brings healthy constitution and nutrition supply to our people,but alsoprovides employment opportunities for many underdeveloped areas.Solving certain regionalemployment problems provides a certain guarantee for the national livelihood problems.Through the collection of financial information of Tianrun dairy company and thereference of capital structure direction data,this paper makes an inquiry and analysis ofcapital structure of Tianrun dairy company.By comparing the asset liability ratio,shareholderincome ratio and other data of Tianrun dairy company with the average level of the industry,it reveals the relevant problems of capital structure of Tianrun dairy company,and then makesan inquiry and analysis one by one,At the same time,the paper puts forward somesuggestions on how to improve the capital structure.The results show that the asset liability ratio of Tianrun dairy is low,the liabilitystructure is not reasonable,and the dividend system is not perfect.Finally,according to theabove problems,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve the internalcapital structure of Tianrun dairy,and then to increase the market value of the enterprise,hoping to help the development of the capital structure of Tianrun dairy.Key words:Capital structure;Market value;Dairy busine
