我国集团公司财务管理存在的问题及优化研究

本科论文AbstractUnder the new normal economic situation,more and more enterprises are facing thechallenge of transformation and upgrading and optimization of industrial structure,whichputs forward higher requirements for enterprise management level and managementquality.Group companies are no exception.As an integrated enterprise with capital as animportant link,group companies are an important part of the market economy system.Theyare characterized by large scale and large business span,which to some extent increases themanagement difficulty of group companies.In the management process of modern groupenterprises,financial management is of vital importance.However,the financial managementability of Chinese group companies is insufficient at present,so they are unable to analyze theoverall situation of enterprises.Therefore,China's group companies must transform the modeof financial management,improve the level of financial risk management,optimize thefinancial management system,which is an effective measure to change the company'sdevelopment defects.This article tells about the general situation of group company'sfinancial management.At the same time,the common financial management problems of thegroup were analyzed and discussed,and the effective measures in line with the developmentsituation of the group were put forward.Key words:Group company;Financial Management;Financial management concept
