本科论文AbstractState-owned enterprises are very important for the country and play an indispensable rolein the development of the social economy.With the gradual deepening of economic globalization,small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises have played an indelible role in creating employment opportunities and strengthening the growth of the national economy.Financialmanagement as an important management tool,state-owned enterprises must effectively implement modern financial management in order to achieve healthy and sustainable development.Financial management as an important management tool,state-owned enterprises must effectively implement modern financial management in order to achieve healthy and sustainable development.However,China's economy is booming,social competition is constantly increasing,greatly affected the development of the state-owned enterprises,to ensure that most of the state-owned enterprises are also trying to not be eliminated,very much in the process of the development of the state-owned enterprise did not realize the importance of enterprise financial management,affect the economic development of state-owned enterprises.As a small andmedium-sized state-owned enterprises,Kaihe poverty alleviation company plays a crucial rolein the development of poverty alleviation in Shidian county,the healthy and sustainabledevelopment of Kaihe poverty alleviation company plays a decisive role in the economicdevelopment of the county.Kaihe poverty alleviation company was established in 2015.Due toits relatively short operation time,it still has some problems in the financial management ofmodern enterprises.Based on the financial management problems and countermeasures ofKaihe poverty alleviation company,this paper deeply discusses the current situation andexisting problems of Kaihe poverty alleviation company's financial management,and putsforward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the financial management of Kaihepoverty alleviation company,so as to strengthen the financial management of Kaihe povertyalleviation company and promote the health development of the company.Key words:state-owned enterprise;Financial management;problem and countermeasure
