本科论文promote the stable development of the enterprise,enhance the operation and managementability of the enterprise,consolidate the advantages of the enterprise,and ensure thesustainable development of the enterprise.However,in terms of cost management,there arestill many areas to be improved for real estate enterprises.Taking the development project ofShenyang Evergrande real estate company as an example,this paper puts forward theresearch background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research status of costmanagement of real estate enterprises at home and abroad,analyzes the existing problems ofthe company by using the method of combination of literature and scheme,and puts forwardsome improvement suggestions on the cost management of the company based on the theoryof cost management research.This paper studies and analyzes the cost control of ShenyangEvergrande real estate company,hoping to improve the company's cost management systemand promote the research and development of cost control in the real estate industry.Keywords:real estate enterprise;cost management;cost accounting
