本科论文AbstractNowadays,China's rapid economic development provides a good platform for the rise ofmany small and medium-sized enterprises.Among them,the status of SMEs can not beunderestimated.The emergence of small and medium-sized enterprises in China has made animportant contribution to the improvement of the national economy.Small and medium-sizedenterprises are also an important part of China's current national economy.The increasinglevel of financial management improves the economic efficiency of individual independentsmall and medium-sized enterprises,the geographical and industrial activities to achieve theirgoals,and the employment and stability of the whole society have a significant impact.Atpresent,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is facing manyproblems,many areas need to be improved.With the continuous acceleration of socialprogress in China,the pharmaceutical and beauty industry plays an important role in people'sdaily life,and therefore becomes one of the indispensable industries in manufacturing andlife.This paper mainly takes Shandong Shensi Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd.as an exampleto investigate the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises,according tothe problems in the financial aspects that small and medium-sized enterprises have explained.For example,the fund control is lax,the financial control is thin,the management method isrigid,the staff quality is low,the information management viewpoint and the technology arenot advanced enough,the enterprise financing is arduous,the government's policies and othersituations are further understood,and the reasons for such situations are analyzed,and finallythe methods to solve the financial management problems of small and medium-sizedenterprises are put forward.Key words:Small and medium-sized enterprises;Financial management;Investmentdecision
