本科论文AbstractIn recent years,China's capital plate tends to be stable,followed by a series offinancial problems,such as unreasonable capital structure,serious shortage of highgrowth,serious outflow of funds and so on.The reason is that listed companies tendto focus on expanding their business and ignore their own financial situation.Thefinancial situation of listed companies has become the main problem to restrain theircurrent development,and continuous neglect is very likely to curb future development.Based on the financial situation of Mengniu Co.,Ltd.,and based on its characteristics,this paper analyzes the financial risk of the company from the aspects of investment,financing,operation,cash flow and so on,through the analysis of the financial risk ofthe company Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the relevant data,the paper finds out the existing risks and causes,and then summarizes the strategies offinancial risk prevention and research,hoping to make a useful reference for thesustainable and healthy development of the company and other listed companies.Keywords:public company financial riskcontrol risk
