本科论文AbstractFinancial risk is related to the survival and development of the enterprise.Inrecent years,although the international and domestic economic conditions are notgood,and the domestic traditional industries are developing at a slower pace,thedevelopment of the Internet industry as an emerging industry has been very rapid.Following the traditional industry,it has become a new growth point for the Chineseeconomy.Promoted the development of our economy.However,it is preciselybecause of the rapid development of the Internet industry that companies in theInternet industry will encounter fierce competition from their peers in the course oftheir daily production and operation activities,and face huge competitive pressuresand risks.If Internet companies want to win in the competition,they must strengthenthe management and prevention of financial risks.The research object of this thesis is the relatively well-known and representativecompanies in the Internet industry-LeTV.com,combining the current financial risksfaced by LeTV,to conduct case analysis,and make corresponding suggestions for theprevention and control of financial risks of enterprises.With the rise of debt,thesuspension of the stock market and other situations,the once "subversive businessmodel"has exposed fatal flaws.LeTV.com faces financial risks of high debt risk,insufficient profitability,poor operating capacity,and insufficient developmentpotential.This article will give corresponding suggestions from the two aspects of thecompany's organizational structure and financial risk causes:first,we shouldstrengthen financial risk management efforts,improve the company's organizationalstructure,and establish a financial risk early-warning system;second,we will proposecorresponding measures for LeTV.com Prevention and control recommendations,establish a company risk prevention and control system.I hope it can help LeTV andplay a reference role for other Internet companies.Keywords:Financial risk;Financial management;Risk prevention
