AbstractWith the rapid development of China's economy,group enterprises emerge in largenumbers.These enterprises are connected with each other due to different ties,involvingmany aspects of business fields.With the expansion of organization,the managementproblems,especially the financial management and control,have been gradually prominent.The purpose of establishing and perfecting financial management mode is to clearly divideresponsibility and authority,and realize effective quantitative management and control of allresources owned by enterprises.Financial management is an important part of enterprisemanagement.Scientific and reasonable financial management mode is of great significance topromote healthy and benign development of enterprise groups.Meiji Group Co.,Ltd.is amanufacturing giant in China.The advertising phrase "life can be more beautiful"has alsobeen deeply rooted in the people's hearts and has great brand influence.Whether in theindustry or outside the industry,all are concerned about the development status and futuredevelopment momentum of Meiji Group Co.,Ltd.Therefore,this paper first defines the concept of financial management mode,and on thisbasis,selects the excellent private enterprise-Meiji group as an analysis case,and finds outthe existing problems through the analysis of its financial management model:one is lowsales profit rate;the other is the lack of financial management system;the third is the lowturnover rate of total assets;the fourth is the high-end managers The fifth is the low level ofmanagement,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:reduce the sales cost,improve the financial evaluation system,improve the sales ability,improve the efficiency ofoperation and improve the management level.Keywords:MIDEA Group;Financial Management;Problems and Countermeasures
