美的公司存货管理存在的问题及研究对策

本科论文关键词：美的公司：企业存货：存货管理AbstractAlong with the trends in today's world economic competition and the development ofthe economic booming in China under the background of the rise of small and medium-sizedenterprises,we know that the enterprises in the inventory of the domestic and the world willplay a major role in competitive advantage,therefore the development of an enterprise or notand how to develop good will play a vital role.From the perspective of China's enterpriseinventory management,the economic development of globalization is bound to have more orless impact on the inventory management of enterprises,so as to have a far-reaching impacton the overall development of enterprises in China.Therefore,it is inevitable that enterprisescan improve their domestic and foreign competitiveness by improving inventory management,and realize the reasonable composition of inventory management and its professional andefficient management mode.Starting from the conceptual theory of inventory management and combining thetheoretical research results of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper finds out theproblems arising from the inventory management of enterprises,mainly in the following fouraspects:excessive liquidity occupation,inaccurate inventory accounting results,accidentalloss and damage of inventory,and too long inventory distribution time.It also makes anin-depth analysis of the causes,pointing out the defects in overstock,imperfect accountingsystem,theft,imperfect internal management and imperfect internal logistics system.Thenthe corresponding solutions are proposed.First,adjust the inventory management ability andplay the overall leadership role.The second is to improve management awareness,improvemanagement quality and workflow.Thirdly,information technology measures must be takento improve the efficiency of inventory management.Fourth,improve the internal controlsystem,follow the principle of rational allocation of enterprise resources;Fifth,the control ofthe own logistics,improve the logistics inventory in the shortcomings.Finally,the research on commodity management in this paper has important theoreticaland practical significance for the development of Chinese enterprises.It is hoped that thedevelopment of Chinese enterprises can provide some reference value in the future
