佳吉物流内部控制评价研究

本科论文关键词：内部控制评价；内部控制：佳吉物流AbstractIn recent years,internal control evaluation is a key research question,it is associated with theaccuracy of the internal control has a great deal of existence,this paper takes JiaJi logistics asthe research object,by analyzing the theory of internal control,this paper expounds the JiaJilogistics present situation of internal control and to analyze the reason of its internal control isweak,the relevant JiaJi logistics internal control evaluation system focus on some keyproblems are proposed and improved.This paper studies and discusses some related problemsin the internal control evaluation system,puts forward some evaluation methods and otherevaluation methods combined to evaluate the internal control of jiaji logistics,promotes theimprovement of internal control of jiaji logistics from the evaluation results,and gives someopinions and Suggestions.The study focused on two areas:reveals the internal control andinternal financial fraud problems,and puts forward corresponding solving measures for theseproblems,the last hope that through this paper,some Suggestions and measures to othercompanies and companies in other industries provide useful reference value and improve theinternal control evaluation value.
