本科论文ABSTRACTWorking capital is the basis of business activities and value creation,and it is alsoan important link in enterprise financial management.Working capital management isto manage the working capital reasonably and improve the efficiency of enterprises.Ifthe capital chain of an enterprise is broken,the enterprise operation will suffer fataldamage.Therefore,the quality of working capital management directly affects whetherthe enterprise can maintain normal operation.Traditional working capital managementfocuses on the determination of holding amount and structure optimization,but it isdifficult to guide enterprises to make timely and effective management decisions incomplex and changeable economic environment.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis and case analysis to analyzeTianhang Machinery Manufacturing Company as a case study.Referring to the workingcapital management which is based on channel management theory,this paper makes acomprehensive and systematic study on the improvement of the company's workingcapital management.Furthermore,this paper compares the traditional working capitalmanagement with the channel-based working capital management,analyses theimportance of channel management to working capital management,finds out theexisting problems,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on its working capitalmanagement from the perspective of channel management.KEYWORDS:Tianhang Machinery Manufacturing Company;Working CapitalManagement;Channel Management
