北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生双学位毕业论文Analysis of Conch Cement Operating Ability and ProfitabilityAbstractAnhui Conch Cement is a leading brand in China's cement industry.The changes in infrastructure projects and real estate projects inrecent years have driven the changes in the cement industry.Theinfrastructure projects and real estate industry are expanding rapidly,which to some extent promotes the extraordinary growth of the cementindustry.But little by little the development pace of the real estateindustry slackens because the state economic situation is constantlychanging,which makes the challenges and difficulties encountered bythe cement industry gradually increase.Conch Cement has made full useof its own advantages since its establishment,and gradually expandsthe market,creates its own unique business model,deeply explores theenterprise's own potential and resources,strengthens the enterprise'sinfluence on society,and now it becomes the leading leader in thedomestic cement industry.Besides,the external environment also has a great impact on theenterprise,making it face more problems.Analyzing Conch Cement'soperating capacity and profitability is a transformation of ourtheoretical knowledge into the experience and understanding of thedevelopment and change of an industry and even an enterprise.And theanalysis of the enterprise's operation ability and profitability is animportant measure that the enterprise expects to continuously improveitself,the financial management and the future operation.Enterpriseoperation ability and profitability analysis will involve many aspectssuch as how to improve the effective utilization of enterprise funds,strengthen enterprise operation capacity and improve enterpriseprofitability,which is an important goal of enterprises.The researchof this paper is mainly to analyze the current operating capacity andprofitability of the enterprise by the comparative analysis of variousstatements of conch cement with the operating capacity andprofitability index system,and so that we can summarize the advantagesand disadvantages of conch cement's strategies according to the currentsituation of domestic industry environment.Key words:operational capability:profitability:strategy4
