AbstractThe current social competition is becoming more and more intense.To thedevelopment of enterprises in the fierce competition in the society,it is necessary tohave accurate decision-making ability,improve the enterprise investmentdecision-making influence,to create more economic benefits for enterprises,encourageenterprises to seize the opportunity,meet the survival and long-term in the fiercecompetition in the society sustainable development challenges.It can be said thatwhether the enterprise can achieve sustainable development is closely related to theinvestment decision of the enterprise.In order to ensure the effect of the enterprise toimprove the investment decision,it is necessary to realize the appropriate,effective andreasonable investment decision analysis method in the use.In this paper,firstly therelated theory of investment decision-making are summarized,followed by the Huizhoubase of green brick project were introduced,and the current status of the companyfinancial analysis;through the Huizhou base of resource price analysis and forecast ofenvironmental protection brick project,proposed the Huizhou base of environmentalprotection brick project investment value calculation and investment decision,in thecalculation of the net present value method,and a correct investment decision ofenterprises,in order to avoid unfavorable factors in Huizhou base of environmentalprotection brick project investment decisions,investment opportunities,participation inthe investment decision of the scientific method.Key words:Huizhou base for environmental brick project;investment decision;Countermeasures
