本科论文AbstractThe beginning and development of internal control,as well as the coming ofthe era of knowledge economy,accelerate the process of economic globalization andintegration,and make the method of scientific management more and more importantto enterprises.Enterprise internal control is an effective tool and an important part ofenterprise management,and is an automatic early warning system and maintenancesystem for enterprises.At present,the internal control of Guoxin Securities Co.,Ltd.is relatively weak,so it is urgent to strengthen the internal control.Therefore,how to establish a soundand effective internal control system is a problem of Guoxin Securities Co.,Ltd.Themanagement concept of Guoxin Securities Co.,Ltd.is backward and the internalaccounting system is defective,so perfecting the internal control system is an urgentproblem for Guoxin Securities Co.,Ltd.,and the perfect internal control can reducethe operational risk of Guoxin Securities Company and effectively protect its assets.This paper analyzes the present situation of the internal control of Guoxin SecuritiesCo.,Ltd.and existing problems,and discusses the countermeasures to solve theseproblems.That is to say,the management of the main problem does not understandthe importance of internal control,and does not pay enough attention to the role ofinternal control in the enterprise,and the management concept of internal control isbackward;It leads to imperfect risk control system,weak legal and moralconsciousness of employees,and defects such as accounting control.The authorthinks that we should cultivate managers'new cognition of internal control,increasemanagers'emphasis on internal control,strengthen construction and perfection at thesame time,increase staff legal training and moral training,and perfect the companysystem.Key words:Enterprise;Internal control;Internal accounting control;
